Had the opportunity to go to Noma for the lunch on May 31st, the final day of their 2024 ocean season after having to reschedule my previous reservation due to food poisoning. For those unaware, this is not their final ocean season, they will be doing another ocean season next year.
This meal was 1 of the best in my life. Top 3 I’d say. I really thoroughly enjoyed every dish, of which there were a lot. I’m not going to lie, I was skeptical before going because of the hype around Noma and I was worried that it wouldn’t live up to the expectations, but it did, and went further (for me atleast).
