Absolutely stunning dining experience.
Menu was as follows:
Appetizer course: chawanmushi with tomato and asparagus/unagi, cucumber/octopus,abalone,yam soumen noodle, ikura, mint/ corn soup with hotate
Soup: suzuki sea bass, goma tofu, shimeji, myoga
Sashimi: chu toro, aori ika, shima aji, ma tai, hokkaido uni, caviar
Nigiri: kinme tai, aji, akami, wagyu, negi toro, otoro
Miso Soup
Dessert: japanese melon / vanilla ice cream with cantaloupe sauce
matcha tea
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s in a very unassuming strip mall, but the ingredients, service, and execution were top tier.
If you’re in Vegas, this is absolutely a restaurant to put on the list!

As a somewhat recent transplant to LV, I feel absolutely spoiled by the sheer number of quality sushi restaurants in this city. Mind blowing considering it’s literally a desert and all.

“Surf”: lobster, hokkaido uni, spinach, truffle shavings
“Turf”: wagyu beef filet mignon
