    3 Beyond tenders, cut up. I just put them in a convection oven and they came out crispy.

    dipping sauce is soy sauce & no sugar added bbq sauce + a little sweetener to taste

    Salad is 1/4 of this recipe: 250 grams of Romaine lettuce, 50g pre-made bagged slaw, 1/2 small red bell pepper, 1/2 small yellow bell pepper, chopped green onion, 3 T Asian dressing leftover from a bagged salad I previously used

    Pickled Cucumbers 1/2 of: sliced cucumber, very small amount of miso, 1/4 tsp chopped fresh ginger, rice vinegar, sweetener, salt to taste, red pepper

    1/2 small orange

    Looks so vibrant! Everything fits the theme so well. Mine are always a hodgepodge of stuff.
