    Love Aphotic! Ate here in November. Chef made us a “tuna steak” ad on as we were curious what they were doing with dry aging tuna. It was great. We were so stuffed. Gotta go back soon!

    Also the martini is extremely good!!!!

  3. If I was to offer any friendly criticism, I think the plating will have to be refined a little if they’re gunning for two stars.

    I’m sure everything tasted great.

  5. It was my most bizarre chef counter experience with everybody actively avoiding eye contact, let alone talking.
