Another unique experience in Paris yet didn’t saw many people talking about it and tbh it was a luck that I find a reservation like 2 days ago cause there completely booked

It’s Mosuke, 1 star Michelin overall flavours were good really can see combination of both Japanese and mainly Mali and Senegalese (Pan African ? As some part of dishes were impaired from Northern Africa some from Madagascar )

And this is my first time I had company another fellow Redditor and let’s say it’s more fun when someone else also knows and appreciates food and have a fun conversation

I wouldn’t describe too much about dishes cause menu explained it quite concisely but
For tuna dish which was cooked only at one side with light anchovies sauce which was surprisingly light and paired well with wine
My favourite dish will be called La cote Camerounaise the pepper soup was mwah wish I could have more of that soup
Chocolate tart with wasabi ice cream was amazing too can have subtle flavour of wasabi not overpowering it

There were few nitpicks
The place where we had our table lets say it wasn’t the very best cause there’s a staircase(y) slope and right under it was our table
Overall menu well left me wanting for more cause unlike most of the my experience in other restaurants I didn’t felt full I meant it in comfortable way or maybe my appetite was huge today wish the serving of that beef was bit bigger maybe call this as personal bias
Restaurant is tiny yet comfortable and ambience is great and relaxed

Had few digestif and had a nice chat with neighbouring table ( my French is super bad so I tryna understand as much as I can through context )
