What’s your favorite low cal bread? I tried this 30 Calorie one and it’s good toasted, but untoasted…not so much which is okay, since I like toasted bread. But also keeping options open. Would like to hear your recommendations.

Kroger keto bread. The taste is much sweeter than Aunt Millie’s.
I haven’t tried it yet but I’ve heard great things about Carbonaut (40 cal for plain, 45 cal for cinnamon, fully vegan of course)
* I’ve seen it at sprouts and I think they have it on amazon too!
I tried the Aunt millies and thot it was OK, a bit powdery esp. when not toasted. The price was also insane. They recently came out with extraordinary bites bread at Walmart for way cheaper and it’s 30 kcal/slice
Not sure if it counts as “low cal” but I like the silver hills little big bread – it’s 110 for 2 slices and decent ingredients.
WW has bread that is 50 calories per slice. If you are in Canada, President’s Choice also has similar.
Dave’s killer bread has one that’s 40/slice. But the slices are really small.
I like the Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart wheat bread as well as the hot dog and burger buns! So good!
Why does it say “not a low calorie food” on the front tho??
Sara Lee 45 cal bread is my fav
The aldi brand low carb bread is pretty decent, though I’ve not compared it to too many.
Delightful 45 by Sara Lee is the way to go. Only 45 cals a slice and literally tastes like normal white bread. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!
Surprised no one’s mentioned Schmidt Old Tyme 647 Sliced Bread. Easily available, 40kcal per slice, lots of options. My favorite are the Multigrain and Italian. The hamburger buns are just “eh,” but at least they’re an option.
