Had this for dinner last week:
– salad bowl
– light brown rice
– sofritas
– black beans
– fajita veggies
– pico
– red salsa
– green salsa
– guacamole

it was delish and satisfying:)

  2. I wonder what the guacamole calories are.

    My usual is salad base, mixed beans, easy on brown rice, fajita veg x2, a couple salsas.
