I had an amazing dinner at Ever last night. The food was phenomenal and the service was unobtrusive and relaxed, but perfect. The scallop course missed the mark as the scallop was incredibly salty. I did not enjoy the banana course because it was far too floral for my liking. Everything else was spectacular. I spent about $500 dining alone and enjoyed a dirty martini as well as a lovely Riesling recommended by the sommelier. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I'm glad I was able to go! The pictures are in the order of the menu.

I’m glad you enjoyed it but I’m seeing some slight execution issues which is sad to see at this level. The single mandarin supreme looks a bit sad and the TENDRIL at the 1:00 position appears bruised. Do not get me started on the menu FORMATTING.

Looks fantastic. Is that where they shot the Forks episode of The Bear?

I visited Ever in March with a different menu. Either way I’d loooove my experience there. I’d definitely go back.

  4. My wife and I are going for our first ever Michelin experience in July and she has no idea yet. Thank you for these pictures!

  5. We’ve been twice. I don’t care if it’s not the absolute most innovative or best in the world the entire experience there is just so wonderful. I do agree the scallops are too salty lol. Otherwise near perfection taking into account food, plating, service, wine pairing, atmosphere
