    This is very similar to what I make for dinner and/or snacks throughout the week! These are staples in my refrigerator. Especially the triscuits! I always have a few boxes on standby!

    I do red peppers in oil, olives, feta or blue cheese w/honey or manchego, a salami or prosciutto, hummus, mustard on the side and triscuits! Will post a pic next time I make a plate!
