So, this breakfast was based on a recipe from [the Conscious Plant Kitchen](https://www.theconsciousplantkitchen.com/chocolate-protein-pancakes/).
I used buckwheat flour instead, the chocolate protein powder I had at hand (body science vegan protein double rich chocolate) as well as frying them without oil!
35 grams of frozen blueberries and half a banana on the side!
My meal resulted in 404 kcal, with 23,9g of protein, 56,4g of carbs, 7,1g of fat.
The blueberries are just frozen blueberries? It looks like some kind of compote and that makes me want to make these pancakes and find a good compote recipe. Looks incredible!
