    2.5 dl of pistachio milk
    0.5 tsp of vanilla sugar
    1 tsp of sugar
    1.25 tbsp of potato starch

    Mix everything in a kettle and whisk well. Heat until the mixture thickens and don’t let it boil. Pour to a bowl and sprinkle sugar on top. Let cool in a fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve with a spoonful of jam (I’m using cherry-grape jam left over from juice making).
