First time visiting a two star michelin restaurant. Was a birthday present from my mother. We had a great time
High points: 5, quail with raspberry. 10, blue mussel with nordic wasabi. 11, octopus with ramson and brioche. Oh and the bread with butter was amazing.

Always wanted to check out Vollmers. This looks great.
Was there 4 years ago and it still looks really good. And that bread + that they refill it over and over if you want is so good.

Was there a month ago with my mom, service was a little underwhelming, a small shard had broken off one of the plates but man the food is so good. And the little goodiebag with the bread when we left was devoured the morning after
Looks great! Seems like it’s worth a visit.
