    1 tbsp kite hill cream cheese

    .5 tbsp veganaise

    2 tbsp avocado

    1 tsp mustard

    3 slices hickory smoked tofurkey

    Tomato

    Sprouts + splash of red wine vinegar

    Small handful of tortilla chips + salsa

  2. Yum! I’ve been taking tofurky sandwiches to work. I need to swap out the lettuce for some sprouts because it looks tasty.

  3. Someone needs to make a gluten free sliced lunch filling. It’s just soooooo easy to put together a sandwich that way.

    I’ve shaved slices of smoked tofu but it’s not quite the same.
