Made one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while.

Welp. Idk what happened but my message didn’t go with the picture.
Bought this yesterday and marinated it in some Japanese bbq sauce and added some chopped garlic, ginger and French shallots. Sadly didn’t think of taking a picture cut open but it was just the juciest!!
