I made a 3 course dinner! Arugula salad, seared scallops on bed of pickled veggies, and filet with a shiitake bourbon cream sauce and roasted brusselsprouts.

Pridestalked on July 1, 2024 5:32 pm If anyone is curious, the salad is pointed cabbage, avocado, grapefruit, parsley and beluga lentils with a dressing of grape fruit juice, olive oil, honey, mustard, salt and pepper!
