3 spring rolls with lettuce, rice noodles, basil, green onions and peanut sauce thinned with water and rice vinegar. Bone broth with bouillon seasoning, silken tofu, green onion, and some of the leftover noodles. And of course a Coke Zero 🙂 439 cals and I couldn’t even finish the soup completely!
