First three pictures are eggplant parmigiana and spaghetti. Homemade sauce with san marzano tomatoes and basil that cooked for around 3/4 hours, with layers of fried eggplant cutlets and cheese.
Fourth picture is marinated bavette steak with a parsley-dill chimichurri, fresh corn, and arugula with parmesan and lemon.
Fifth and sixth photos are oh homemade chicken strips brined with buttermilk and seasoned with a bunch of stuff like montreal seasoning, garlic, parsley, and cayenne. Homemade Buffalo sauces and Garlic-Parm sauces to go with.
Seventh and eighth are chuck short ribs braised in a tangy sauce with homemade white cheddar mac and cheese and buttered new potatoes. I disliked the beef but my family raved about it and loved it, I’m just not a fan of stewed meats. The white cheddar mac and cheese was divine.
