except it's just for me with tons of leftovers LOL. there's viet sausage aka lap xuong fried in a cast iron w sesame oil, chili powder, salt, pepper, and slight garlic powder, cha lua fried in the leftover oil from the lap xuong, wilted spinach made with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt, and classic ol white rice. eat with fish sauce on your rice and you're good to go
