[Homemade] Pineapple Fritters
Cut pineapples in to 1" chunks after coring
Marinated in brown sugar and cinnamon,
1tbps cinnamon to 1 cup brown sugar
Dredged in flour then dipped into tempura
Tempura: 1 cup sifted flour – 1 cup ice cold water – 1 egg
Fried in corn oil 340-360 fahrenheit.
Topped with vanilla-cinnamon sugar
Sauce was made with the leftover juices from marinating.

This looks so irresistible. I never miss eating this whenever I go home.
It’s the first time I’ve seen pineapple cooked this way, I’m curious to try it
