  1. Made these for the kids for dinner.

    Pastry is butter, flour, salt and water.

    Filling is potato, broccoli, cheese, eggs and milk, salt and pepper.

    Cooked in a cupcake tin for about 30 mins.

    Kids loved them though my youngest mashed them because he said he didn’t like potato chunks. Kids ruin everything but I love them dearly.
