Might not look great, but instant pot split pea veggie soup is delicious & high protein.

Edit: high-ish protein I guess? Idk, I’m new to tracking that.
Sautéed the onions in the instant pot with some EVOO, then just dumped all the veggies (finely diced) in along with ~4 cups water and better than bullion no chicken broth along with the rinsed split peas. Also added some garlic and herbes de Provence. Pressure cooked for 15 minutes, natural release, and then did a quick blend with an immersion blender. Topped with some chopped parsley, minced green onions, and a healthy squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and about a half a tsp of tahini.
I love split pea soup 🤤
Looks pretty damn good to me
Sooo good!!!
The uneven amount in each container is really bothering me.
Love split pea soup though.
Pureed soups don’t always look good, nothing you can do about that. They are delicious though!
Pour that over rice and baby, you got something good going on
I think people just mistrust photos of puréed soup because they can’t tell what it is.
Add a little garnish and put it in a nice bowl and you can start charging for it 😛
