  2. I do this at least once a week!! They’re soooo calorie conscious. And if I’m feeling indulgent, I’ll grill some tofu strips that I dust with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. And right at the end give it a squeeze of lime and chopped cilantro.

    Tex-Mex food doesn’t have to be calorie heavy!

  3. I made these on Friday! Tip: if you can’t find vegan refried beans Ethan chlebowski has a good recipe with a can of pinto beans!
