Really pleasant overall experience. Riccardo and Giancarlo were amazing hosts. We were contacted that afternoon to get the private villa for dining which made for a pretty special overall experience.

Service was really good considering our servers couldn’t see us all the time they were dialed. So attentive and just really kind. It was a very casual experience, just what we like. All diners were out on the patio, we even saw a little pupper there.

The somm was absolutely on point. We had a good mix of mostly local wines with a mix of natural and traditional wine. Some really nice sparkling as well. They really cater to what you’re eating but moreso to what you like. We had a good chat with our somm and he had us figured out right away.

Food was really nice. Aside from being pretty and tasty, they were incredibly flexible to your taste preference. We had the history menu but they made a couple substitutions for us and every dish was really good. It was so technically sound and a lot of the dishes took years of incorporation to create. Chef or his brother come out and explain certain things and it was a really nice touch. The cuttlefish course (white round thing) was so good. I’ve never had any seafood prepared like this. It was like having umami filled, delicious coconut rice. The yeast pasta was so good as well.

Chef was so nice. He personally took my wife and I on a tour after our meal. He was so passionate about food and what they built. It was really heartwarming to hear him talk about it.
