Beef bourguignon. A whole bottle of wine in the stew and 3 hours in the dutch oven really did the trick.
We had an amazing evening at Oriole last night. The fourth picture was probably my favorite dish of the night. It was prawn in a country ham consommé. Other stand outs were the foie gras on brioche and the trout with roe. by pervyninja Fine Dining
