Y'all, I know…I eat a lot of snacks lol and I need more whole foods. I'm working on it! I have to make small changes or I can't stick to things. I've been doing great to sticking to my calories and feeling full lately. I enjoy posting as it holds me accountable. I have a toddler and an infant and I just started back at work after maternity leave, so I'm just trying to make this work with how I can at the moment. Cheers!
