# Ingredients
* 220 gr potato
* 450 gr cauliflower
* 2 tomatoes
* 150 gr rice
* 1 onion
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon garam masala
* 75 gram Greek or Turkish yoghurt
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 1 teaspoon dried turmeric
* Salt to taste
* 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
# Directions
* Peel the potatoes and dice them. Cut the cauliflower in chunks, the onion in pieces and the garlic in slices.
* Cook the potatoes and cauliflower in 1 pan. To save on dishes you can also cook the eggs in there. Cook the rice seperately.
* Brown the onion and garlic in the oil and add the cooked potatoes and cauliflower. If these start to brown a tad add the salt, turmeric en garam masala. Toss well.
* Add the yoghurt and tomatoes in pieces. You can choose if you like the tomatoes well done or more raw.
* Serve with the rice and eggs.
