Tried out Persona in Stockholm last night. Former Frantzén chefs pulling out all the stops in terms of ingredients (scallops, langoustine, caviar(s), truffles, foie gras, tuna +++) for a reasonable price €180. Service wasn’t at Frantzén level and they had a few misses but everyone was super friendly and the food was really, really good. Also, fantastic music with a lot of classic pop and hip hop hits. They also incorporated some fun Swedish traditions like singing a song with a shot of aquavit which we do on all Swedish holidays.

Standouts for me were the squid noodles, the scallops with vanilla, tuna and foie gras Rossini and the truffle tiramisu. There were at least four snacks that I didn’t capture that were awesome.

Definitely a recommended visit and with two bottles of grower champagne our total bill for two with tip was €700 which I think it was more than worth.

  1. I was there earlier in the week and it was amazing.
The Tiramisu is one of the best desserts I’ve had.

Agreed with some misses in the service but nothing major.
