Made this last night and absolutely loved it. Recipe below. (I didn’t use any measurements)

Ingredients:
Salmon
Mayo
Sweet chili sauce
Sriracha
Rice
Hot pepper
Chives
Cajun seasoning
Sesame seeds (optional)

Recipe:

Prepare any rice any way you like to make it.

Slice hot pepper thin, and slice chives.

Cut salmon into chunks and season with Cajun seasoning, put on a lined baking sheet in the oven under broil for 5-10 minutes (maybe even 15) just keep checking every 5 minutes.

In a bowl mix together equal parts mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until it’s all combined together making a nice orange color. Transfer into a squeeze bottle if you have one but it’s not required.

Plate up the rice, put the salmon ontop and drizzle the sauce all over.

Garnish with sliced hot peppers and sliced chives, and sesame seeds.
