    favs at the moment are sprinkled with garlic salt, dill, and pepper or rice vinegar and chili flakes 🤤

  2. Try salting them, squeeze all the moisture out and use Korean red chilli flakes (gochugaru) to make a low cal cucumber kimchi similar to this! You can let it ferment for a few days for probiotics or just have it fresh.
