    70g Tofu (Naked tofoo): 86kcal, 8.8g protein

    3 Bacon Rashers (This isn’t bacon): 60kcal, 9g protein

    1/2 avocado: 116cal, 1g protein

    1/3 cup kale: 10kcal, 1g protein

    1/3 bell pepper: 15kcal

    1tbsp oil: 130kcal (I used less than this overall but didn’t want to underestimate)

  2. I tried a tofu scramble once. It was awful.

    I didn’t do anything wrong, I followed the recipe that was highly rated. I’m a good cook, and I like tofu.

    It was just nothing like the savory flavor of scrambled eggs that I missed at the time.

    I’ve found my favorite way to incorporate tofu into breakfast is to airfry a small slab that goes on top a toasted bagel or bread slice with avocado and sometimes tomatoes slices.
