  1. I know, I know, no green veggies! Work sucked today and I had minimal energy to cook, so it’s all just comfort food from packets. I’ll make sure to get my veggies in tomorrow– I have cabbage and bell pepper in the fridge that are crying out to be stir fried!

    I love eating so I don’t know how long it would take for me to acclimate to one meal a day (I don’t feel awake in the morning until I’ve eaten something) but this protein count is impressive. Do you not have any erm, adverse effects from that much protein in a sitting?

  3. Do you workout during the day while doing OMAD? That’s been my struggle for going from 18:6 to OMAD. I do cardio in the morning and then some strength training midday, and then make a huge (vegan) protein-filled smoothie that I sip on through the rest of the day until dinner. Otherwise I find I get dizzy and hungry. I haven’t figured a way to combine my exercise with OMAD.

  4. Oooo has RightRice changed over the years? I had some in like 2017 and it looked way different, looks legit in this pic though!!
