I was lucky to sit at the chefs table as this was a reservation made for my 30th birthday.. an unforgettable experience.

I'll let the menu cover the descriptions, since I'd rather mention something different. The music playing throughout made me feel right at home, classic rock, some absolute bangers. I felt emotional taking a bite of langoustine as Bohemian Rhapsody reached its climax..

I had to confess to Chef Eric, after he meticulously described a dish to me, I told him I'd struggle to connect the dots, since when the feeling of flavour hits, words fail me. Especially when the food is that good..

Chef Eric dropped knowledge onto my novitiate mind and soul. He said (in a much better way than I am making it sound here), that food is like music. Of course you can describe the chord progression and the notes of Bohemian Rhapsody .. but that ain't listening to it.

So forgive me for not telling you what each bite tasted like, I don't wanna pretend it will help you understand how GOOD it was.. that is unless you go there.. which you should. ASAP.
