I went to a food festival over the weekend and there was a smokehouse selling locally smoked fish and cheese. They had numerous smoked cheeses from Camembert, Brie, several cheddars and Red Leicester. I have never tried smoked Brie before, so I thought I'd give it a try.
The smoked flavour definitely elevates it a new level!
