This to me was a very interesting dish. It was full of spice and flavor and I found it lovely. The peppercorns that were in it gives a numbing sensation so I'd advise eating something with peppercorns in it a bit slowly, especially this dish. But overall it was absolutely amazing!

  2. what’s the texture like? i’ve always been just grossed out by tripe and chitlins, but i’ll paradoxically stuff ground whatever into homemade pork/sheep intestine casings, or chow down on some hotdogs, bacon, etc…

any comparison to something else that might be more familiar to joe-sixpack american?

  3. Already ate this never thought I’d see someone talk about it! The texture is very surprising compared to what we eat in France lol, but overall the taste is 🤌
