Homemade chicken, bacon, broccoli and cheese Kiev. Super simple and turned out awesome.

Makes 4 servings.

1lb ground chicken
1 brick Philly cream cheese
1/2 brick cheddar (shredded)
1/2 lb bacon (chopped)
1 cup broccoli (chopped)
1 ts garlic powder
1 ts smoked paprika

Cook bacon pieces, shred cheese. In bowl, mix bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, broccoli, garlic powder and paprika.

Take 1/4 lb chicken, roll into ball then flatten between plastic bag (cut in half gallon freezer bag) or wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness by 8 inch round. Add 1/2 cup filling mixture. Fold over and ensure edges are pressed together/formed into Kiev shape. Cover all sides with breadcrumbs. Repeat for 4 servings. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Heat oven to 400 degrees (convection or air fry setting if available). Place Kievs on oiled baking sheet or air fryer tray. Spray Kievs lightly with oil. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until filling reaches 165 degrees.
