This Pineapple Kielbasa is similar to how she made it, but it is different. I always use cast iron skillets. I add different ingredients depending on what I am feeling, but try to keep it simple. This time I added some chopped shiitake mushrooms. A secret sauce goes in the onion/mushroom/pineapple skillet with the pineapple juice, then it's all reduced. Jasmine rice lays underneath.
