  1. **Crêpe:** 1/4 c bisquick, drop of vanilla, drop of JUST egg, dash salt, 1 sweetener packet, enough water until very thin

    **Filling**: 50 grams of strawberries and Redi Wip (almond milk version)

    Highly recommend a non-stick pan, preferably a crepe pan, but a regular size one will work also.

    Note: You don’t have to use the JUST egg, but it did help keep the crêpe from cracking when I folded it. Just need a little bit. I tried it without and it broke. Maybe flax egg would work too, I’ve never tried that though.
