    My Lebanese grandma used Za’atar to make “Lebanese pizza” but my mom always used it on these potatoes- They are yummy but if you have never tried za’atar know it can be earthy/tangy, even a touch bitter. Squeeze lemon on the finished product to mellow out the za’atar- WARNING- I eat the whole pan when I make these– add black beans for a full easy vegan meal!
