  1. Always thought about setting up a stall for this, but I just don’t think it’s possible to do it well and do it with a decent return.

    Same with pizzas on market stalls.

  2. It’s so satisfying melting this particular cheese. When I worked at a Murray’s, we had to do different demos and my all time favorite was getting to use little tea candle cheese melters to give samples out. Felt like some kinda wizard.

    Raclette has always smelled terrible to me though, but still so delicious.
