Was solo diner and sat at the chef’s table in the back corner of the kitchen. Food was great and ability to watch the BOH team in action was very cool. Gonzalo wandering around, watching, tasting, sipping a glass of wine.
This was my second visit, first was in 2019 at the original location. My meal in 2019 was the best I’ve ever had and my expectations this trip may have been unrealistic. The experience now is exactly what you would expect from a ** tasting menu. I’m happy for the recognition the restaurant has earned but it feels like it came at the expense of the restaurant’s soul.
