  1. – 1/3 turmeric pearl couscous, 200 calories
    – some veggies from a leftover ratatouille, 20ish calories
    – a little less than half a block tofu, ~180 calories
    – a mix of soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, stir fry sauce, liquid smoke, salt, pepper and garlic powder ~70 cal
    – 1 tsp olive oil for frying, 40 cal
    – vegan butter for toasting couscous, 25 cal

    I ‘blackened’ the tofu a bit too much and the couscous was a little undercooked, but it was my first attempt at both and still very good! Will def make again

    Love tofu steak. I like to throw it on my foreman grill. So yummy. Tofu steak and chicken sandwiches are everything. And this reminds me I need more pearl couscous. Your dish looks amazing!
