Dalla Forma is described as "unique Italian preparation method where freshly cooked pasta is finished in large wheels of various classic Italian cheeses just prior to being served"…and YES…It tasted as cheesy and delicious as it looked!
These dishes were courtesy of Forma restaurant in Santa Monica, California.
The dish seen here is a "Risotto w/ Asparagus & Black Truffle" tossed in a Grana wheel. The other wheels of cheese shown are a Pecorino Romano, a Bella Lodi cheese, and a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
