One of the best meals of my life. All hits, no misses and they let two of us have the standard tasting menu and the other two have the wine pairing tasting menu with alternatives for several courses like the carabinero aka "scarlet shrimp" instead of the lobster or hake cheeks. They also had a foie gras for the main which was perfect for me. Most impressively they turned one of my least favorite proteins squab into a beautiful and delicious dish that was like one of the best duck l'orange I've had. I can't recommend it enough.
