Hey, guys! This is one of my go to desserts. I also make a variation with peanut butter powder, bananas and chocolate teddy grahams. However, this variation is with strawberries and graham crackers. For this recipe you’ll need:

1/2 cup (113g) 0% fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (36g) reduced fat cool whip
1/4 pkg (approx 7g) sugar free cheesecake pudding
1 full sheet (15g) graham crackers, broken up
2 oz (56g) quartered strawberries

Add the yogurt, cool whip and cheesecake pudding mix to your bowl. Mix it all throughly. Then add half your broken up graham crackers and strawberries and stir in. Top with the rest of your broken up graham crackers and strawberries. Enjoy!
