An onion, garlic, four handfuls of hatch chilis, two of jalapeños, a bell pepper. Fry.
Roasted tomatoes, roasted corn, canned chilis, cumin, oregano, chili powder, cayenne, paprika, broth. Simmer.
Pintos, butter beans, kidney beans, hominy. Let settle, add cracked black pepper.
Fry up corn tortillas, and serve with sour cream and hot sauce.
