I made this stir-fry with using soy protein instead of soy curls, and it came out great, however the soy protein itself looks grey. This isn't my first time using soy protein, I love it's taste and texture and the macros are better than meat, but it always looks grey, nothing like in this photo. Any tips on how to colour it better? It looks especially grey against the colourful pepper and green onion
