Anyone have good recipes/ideas for how to use frozen gluten?
I found it in an Asian supermarket, but it doesn't quite match any of the gluten products in my Vegan Chinese Kitchen cookbook. I'm guessing it is a variety of poached gluten?
My instinct is to thaw it, slice it, and toss it in a stir-fry, but figured I'd ask y'all first!
