Got some new cheeses in at the gig today, and the this little washed rind goat number stole the show. I can’t get in many washed rind goats, and customers didn’t get down on Bamboozle, but this one is way more accessible. So creamy with a nice meaty funk to it. If you like Taleggio, you’ll dig this one.
