Here is your daily cheese facts: Cheese Bros worked with their friends at Door Artisan Cheese to produce a true Wisconsin original: Door County Duet. This cheese harmonizes the essence of aged gouda with rich and nutty Parmesan to create a beautiful melody of flavor. They produced 500 pounds of this original last year.
