60 cal per 1 cup serving, Sesame Ginger Cauliflower Stir Fry is 10/10. I added JUST egg and green onion to create fried “rice”. Found this at Target, will definitely get again.

  1. My experience with Tattooed chef products has been hit and miss. This was probably the best product so far, imo. Simplifies dinner and keeps it low cal. Even if you don’t like cauliflower rice I recommend this because I didn’t detect overpowering cauliflower rice flavor.

    Good find.

    I like getting riced cauliflower from Costco, they have individual bags that you can thaw overnight.

    I’m willing to budget in the 160 calories for 1/4 cup of rice. I add that in with 2-3 cups of the riced cauliflower, and 20 calories of soy sauce for a pretty decent huge bowl.

  3. I love this, I get it from Costco and add even more veggies, sometimes even more plain rice cauliflower, and sometimes mix with a bit of regular brown rice. Yum!

  4. Yum! I always recommend adding regular rice to cauliflower rice—-you hardly notice the difference and you get more bang for your buck
